BECAME A 100% PERSON

That is, s you WANT to improve 20% in 5 areas of your life and INVEST in yourself to become a 100% better person . SEARCH for subjects of the areas you really love… and HAVE IT
Choose 5 areas of your life you would like to improved and enhances them more dynamic, more strength and more confidence.
-Let me give you my example. I selected five areas that i would like to improve in my life:

1 — Creative Writing
2 — illustration
3 -web store
4 -diet / health
5- intellectual enrichment

1 Creative Writing

I increase 20% improvement on ​​writing. Although i had published four books, but I wanted to go beyond my country borders. I sought foreign countries (I’m Portuguese) where it speaks the Portuguese language in order to present and disseminate my writings. After some searching, I found a blog of 3 Brazilians authors (the Fabulista) who were wanting to release an anthology of fiction and horror stuff, which they launched a contest for seven more authors.
Immediately, I contacted them and send them my story. However, the response was not very favorable, but said that if I improve the tale, there was likely to be accepted.
 It was here that I incrementei my 20% improvement:

- read more;
- search and investigated the area where the story stemmed;
- I bought a tutorial book of “how to write fiction”;
- I reviewed the story dozens of times before sending.
Two months later, I received the news that the story had been accepted and that would be inserted in the anthology. Which ultimately would not only ebook, but also in physical format.

2 — Illustration

This is an area that I approach whenever I’m inspired merely by hobbie. However, there was a great desire to make illustrations and started to do it in a relaxed way. as I was drawing, I was getting better, and was posting on my page online.
Unexpectedly, I was contacted by a local newspaper that he was interested in publishing some of my cartoons — Challenge I accepted, and soon began to improve my talent even more:

- I got better material.
- I purchased several tutorial books about comics and illustrations
- Invest more time to draw.
Result: My cartoons were published in the newspaper, and that led me to take notice of the completion of the largest comic event Portugal — Amadora BD, which I I ran and I had the privilege to have my cartoon exposed in a gallery largest exhibition in the country, which was visited by thousands of people in nine days.

3- Web store

I created a web store online, I manage 2 years ago. When I started it was purely out of curiosity. However, demand for items that seeing increased, and this led me to invest more, which resulted in good gain extra money. for that, we invested 20% improvement on the subject:

- Investigated the competition;
- I studied Web marketing;
- I searched the web vendors who offered the best advantages;

So build a profitable web store, which not even imagined it would be possible.

4 Diet / Health

About 5 months ago I gained more than normal and I started to feel bad about myself, until I decided to lose weight. At 46, I had never done a diet before. I was 88 kgs and wanted to go back to the 78 — So would lose 10 kgs!

- I started jogging 3X a day (morning, afternoon and evening) -that took place in the cold November
- I stopped eating plastic food (hamburgers and pizzas) and foods high in fat;
- I projected a map of results which gave daily;
- I made a strict diet based on fish, fruits and vegetables.

And voila! after one month had my 78 kgs!

5- intellectual Enrichment

I consider myself a person addicted to learning new things and acquire new skills.
I’ve always been a follower of materials on human behavior: philosophy, psychology and and self help. However, we need to invest in buying quality books and quality books cost money. So invest 20% improvement in this area:

- I came to inform me about promotions bookstores, which sometimes make specific discounts up to 50% on books
- I searched articles shops selling 2nd hand where I found fantastic books for under 75% of the market value
- I began to download some free ebooks (but excellent) on the Kindle store.

These steps helped me to get a collection of books and information for low, which helped me (and continues to help) in my intellectual enrichment.
